Had some electrical issues which extended the maintenance time on my 2014 R1. The brothers team notified me immediately and didn't charge me for the extra time they had to put into troubleshooting the issue. They fixed it! Also, i recieved and ECU flash and the brothers team followed up with me 24 hours later on how the bike was operating. The brothers maintenance team has improved drastically and i am very satisfied with the care and attention they put into my sports bike. Thank you brothers.

I can't say enough about the service and great attitudes at Brother's Power Sports! They are not the closest Can Am Spyder dealer to us, but they get our business. I had a part fail on my Spyder and had to take it to a deal to be repaired. I called all of the dealers in my area and I was given anywhere from bring it in now and we can probably work it in within the next week, to nothing available for six weeks. The closest dealer and Brothers both had the better time frames, but I did not have any warm confident feelings about the closer dealership as I had gone in there twice and did not get the service I expected. So we took my Spyder to Brothers. As we were there, I spotted the Spyder I really wanted in the same color of mine that I loved. Our salesman, Seth, worked with us and the managers at Brothers to get a good trade in on my old Spyder and a good price on the "new" one. Heather in financing was awesome in getting the deal done and getting us into the new Spyder. A week after I went home with the Spyder, I received a call from the Store Manager and was asked how I like the Spyder and if everything was going well! This was a first for me to get a call after the sale to check in. I then ordered some lights and highway pegs from the Parts Dept, they were awesome in researching for me what lights would work and finding some really nice highway pegs for me! They arrived in a short time and Curt in Service Dept got me in quickly to have the lights and pegs installed. Curt did an awesome job with the installation everyone in the service department is SUPER helpful and very friendly. Everyone here has made us feel like family. They are a top notch full service dealer, from the sale, parts, service, etc. They will be getting ALL my Spyder needs!! Thank you to everyone at Brothers for making doing business with you a pleasure. 5 Stars to all! And I LOVE my Spyder! Next addition, accent lights in multiple colors with different display modes!

I traded in my 2010 Can-Am Spyder RT about a week ago. Seth was great, hooked me up with a few different bikes to test ride, was not at all high-pressure. He really enabled me to make the decision that was right for me.The techs (sorry guys, I am pretty horrible with names) were very helpful, both during my evaluations and especially after the deal was closed. Answered my questions and really took the time to ensure I was well versed in the mechanics and operation of the new bike.The finance department (again, apologies, horrible with names) was really helpful in working with my pre-approval and getting everything worked out in a quick and professional manner.I can certainly not leave out Christina in the parts department. It was her efforts in previous experiences with The Brothers that made the choice of which dealership I wanted to use for the new ride. Thanks for your help!I ended up choosing the '12 FJR1300. In the last week I have put just over 200 miles on it, and if it is possible to fall in love with an inanimate object, I have. I came into brothers today and I got assisted by a guy from service, then the guy who helped me order my jets. Your staff wad so knowledgeable they were able to diagnos a strange problemni was having. I got home, put new jet in, and adjusted air mix...... AND MY BIKE WAS BACK ON THE TRAILS TEARIN IT UP!!!!! These guys are great!! I called about an ATV that they had for sale on the ATV Trader Online but they had sold it already so they got another one from out of state for me for alot less than any of the other dealers that I contacted previously. Richard was the salesman who took care of me, Jessica did the paperwork and the guys from the sevice dept went over the ATV with me. All of them were AWESOME everything went smoothly. Best buying experience ever. It was worth the 60 mile drive one way to get. I will be needing another ATV in the future for my daughter and this will be the 1ST Place that I contact about that purchase. I highly recommend this business. My experience at Brothers has been great. A recent example of the great service they provide; I had my front tire and tube replaced and was riding home when the tire went flat. I called them and even though it was late, they immediately sent someone out to pick up my motorcycle so they would have it repaired the next day. They next day they came and picked me up from my home so I could ride my newly repaired bike back home and even offered to lower my bill due to the inconvenience it caused me due to my work commute into Seattle. This is great customer service and I would recommend Brothers to anyone because this is how they treat all of their customers. I was purchasing a very specific motorcycle, and was lucky in that the first dealership (this one) I contacted had the exact motorcycle make and year that I was looking for. I brought my bike in for service and from the first moment I was greeted with a nice smile from Taryn. They promptly checked my bike in and called me only a few hours later to tell me the diagnosis. Nick went over the needed repairs with such detail with me when I came down the next day. I have wanted a new helmet for a while now and stepped in to the parts department, the gals were very friendly and Ernie was very knowledgeable about the helmets. Everyone there is so warm and friendly I would never go anywhere else for my bike! And its not even a Honda!!!

I have bought many of things from brothers. Dan has been my sales representative over and over. I have bought atv's,generator,street bike's, dual sport and Goldwings's. Jesica in financing did an excellant job in getting me the lowest rate possible. I got nothing but good things to say about Brothers from the sale to the Service department. Brandon and Mike have taken great care of me. Not to forget Tom and Ernie in Parts. They have helped get me the right parts right away. Gale and the other ladies in safety gear have took extra patients with my kids in helping outfit them many times. I know I am forgetting some of the names but he faces I do not forget when I go into Brothers and they do not forget me.

Last Summer we decided to get our 2008 1800 Goldwing. The Sales staff was great and so was the Finance group. The Bike showed up a few day early and the Service department got me on the raod that day. I ordered a few accessories and set up to get them installed when the Bike was in for the First Service. We came down on the Saturday of Labor day weekend and every thing was done that day and we were able to go on a Long trip around Mt. St. Helens that weekend. The entire crew at Brothers has been great and professional every time we come in for anything even if it is just to say HI.

I came in from out of town, country actually, to do a custom map. They worked with my schedule and were nice enough to set it up on a week end. My CBR954 had a few mods and was in real need of a good fuel map. Mike did a great job working through the hiccups he found and came up with a map that makes the bike better than new. Throttle response is super smooth at all speeds, the engine runs like a top, and best of all it's fast as hell. Thanks again Jason

Thanks for the great service! In addition to getting 5% more power, my bike's fuel consumption dropped by over 10%! I could never get to 200km before my low fuel light came on. After the custom map I was able to see 230km! That's over 5 mpg better! The custom map will pay for itself...

I spent 6 months looking for A used VTX 1800. When I heard that the Spokane Honda stores were getting 05's in I checked it out. They priced theirs at about $1000.00 below what a 07 would cost. I got on the internet and found the Brothers. After talking to Dan for 30 seconds I gave him a deposit and the following weekend drove to Bremrton to get my bike! I bought my CBR600F4i in May 06 and the service from both the sales and service staff has been excellent. I just received orders to Afghanistan for a year and a half. I let the team at Brothers know and they hooked up winterizing my bike for being stored that long, delivered it back to my house and put my priority maintaince plan in hiatus while I am gone. This is the #1 dealership that I have ever dealt with, they pried themselves on customer service. Everyone in there is top notch and friendly, I defiantly recommend Brothers to anyone I know who is looking for a sweet ride and a company that is not just interested in making a sale but taking care of you afterwards. When I first went there I spoke with Dan and asked him questions about the FJR1300. He told me you had 4 coming in and I should move soon. I forgot his name when I called back but Harrison helped me out based on the data Dan gave me. I was able to get the last AE model you ordered. Harrison called me up and said if I come in that night I would get a discount. I came in and he was busy, I have not meet him in person just over the phone. I traked him down and he told me he was tied up and asked if I could wait. I told him I used to manage Olympia Honda Yamaha and was trained by Paul Dorr. I said I can handle it. I went to F&I and told them Harrison said I get a discount if I would come in that day. She went and spoke the manager and they offered me a discount, not knowing anything about it I might add. The girl in F&I was great to work with and I really appreciated her help. I told her Dan told me when I came in a week or so that I really needed to order quickly before they were sold. He was correct I got the last AE you had comming in. Both my Father & my wifes Father had just passed away while I was waiting for my bike to come in. I got a call from Harrison on Wednesday telling me the bike just got there. I worked with Kelly in parts and ordered a KN filter and new gear for the bike with a cruise control as well. I asked Harrison to have them put it on my bike. He told me that was service and I need to work with them. I did handle this with them and I found out via service when I could pick up my bike. The bike was to be ready that Saturday. I called in and told Harrison I was comming in but would be late, he told me he could not stay past 5PM so don't be late. I knew I could not make it there by 5PM but more like 5:20 so I could F&I because they were so nice to me I was hoping they would wait. Dan must have herd about it because he called me right back and said he would be glad to wait and to just relax. He said take my time he will be there. I really am thankful for that call. When I arrived both Dan & Harrison were there. The sevice crew had the bike ready and they filled my bike up with gas for me to boot. I closing I am very happy with the bike and Brothers. I brought my Honda VFR to you facility with hopes of some power gain in the mid range, of the power curve, through the addition of a Power Commander. The bike ran very well when I took it in and I did not expect too much gain. But what a supprise, thanks to the attention to detail and pride in doing a job well by Mike Velasko. The bike runs better than I dreamed was possible at all throttle settings and especially in the mid range where I wanted the increase the most. Thanks Mike, Steve

I recently became interested in riding so I decided to stop in to Brothers for some pointers. Being a novice at the sport, I expected to be overwhelmed. But that wasnt the case. From my first minute in the door to the time I drove away on exactly the vehicle I wanted, everyone on their staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and above all, patient with all my questions. My salesperson was extremely experienced and knew what questions I wanted answered even before I asked him. The young lady who helped me to pick out just the right helmet (and even answered my wifes questions on safety) knew her products inside and out. The gentlemen in the service department were without equal in their customer service. And the Business Manager explained my financing and paperwork down to the finest detail. Their friendly attitude and care on my first, but not my last visit reflects highly on the management and I look forward to a long business relationship with the staff there and I recommend them highly to anyone whos thinking of starting in this sport.

I travelled over an hour to visit Brothers even though I live about 20 minutes in either direction of 2 other
different Yamaha dealerships. Customer service is a big deal to me and I don't think Brothers(or any
business) could have treated me any better. Nico is the sales rep that I worked with and he was
fantastic. He was kind, knowledgeable, and showed that he cared for me and my goals. He gave me
different options but never pressured me. If he didn't have the answer to a question, he was honest
about it and then made sure to follow up once he did. In the financial department, I mostly
worked with Jessica. I ended up financing my purchase through my credit union. In the process I had to
contact Jessica several times to make sure I was getting the proper documentation to and from my bank.
We did have a little hiccup while faxing things back and forth. However, Jessica and the rest of the
financial team was extremely nice during the process and made sure I had everything lined up.Matthew L
